Balaam having a greedy heart, was under a curse, desiring to serve both God, Righteousness and also unrighteousness. To depart the Path of Righteousness...gone astray...lost. Paid money for doing wrong, unrighteous things. r:14-16. The insanity of opposing the Command, Will of God for earthly reward...things. f hu God's WARNINGS are not for the sinner born of HUMAN father, that born of darkness IS darkness. Light of Light born must heed Warnings. To not QUENCH the inner Light, Presence, Spirit of God that sHINES, FILLS, MOVES, LEADS, Guides a SOUL, SAVES the soul from darkness. Saves the SOUL born of Faith. As the SOUL believeth, so the soul IS. According to Faith OR according to unbelief, doubt. Believing God that you ARE NOW the slave of Righteousness...serving no "other" god, spirit, thing. Faith, Belief being the Source of your ESCAPE FROM corrupting forces, spirits of the [this] world below...that hinder, bind, imprison, keep captive souls born of human fathers. ALL souls are born slaves of Sin. BUT WORSE IS TO DIE VOID OF Spirit...REBIRTH, the having a NEW Nature...ONE Spirit and belonging to God. To be Called but hindered by unbelief, doubt...rejecting the Truth that sets souls free from Sin. WORSE to have been told, to have read, heard, been informed of THE Way, the ONLY Way of Return and Walk not with, in Him. Lost souls who love the pleasures, rewards of Sin, who Called, Commanded to ENTER, Come and Remain, abide in the Light,those SOULS SHRINKING BACK into the darkness for love of unrighteousness, cannot bear the thoght of the LOSS of pleasures from Sin. O SOULS...thou shalt have but ONE God, Spirit, Father, Lord, Master, King and no other. ALL "OTHER" SOULS born of human spirit, unrighteousness and human father, born of flesh and blood not OF Spirit, are on the path of unrighteousness that ends in death of BOTH body and soul. Cast into the pit of deepest darkness, place with no Light of Light whatsoever.
